CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Football Aid provided the perfect setting for a few lucky Gunners fans to say an emotional goodbye to their 'Home of Football' during the 2005/06 season - the Football Aid games at Highbury being one of the last few events ever to be played at the historic stadium. Over the years at Highbury ex-players involved in our games included Kenny Sansom, Liam Brady and Steve Bould.

The North London giants were among the first Clubs to sign with Football Aid back in 2000 and although not fully onboard at the moment, we hope to visit them at the glamorous new Emirates Stadium in the near future.

AVAILABILITY FOR NEXT SEASON'S EVENT

Due to a change in the Club's schedule for their end of season pitch use, unfortunately the Club have not been able to participate in the most recent Football Aid programme of events. However we remain hopeful that we will be able to host another Football Aid event in association with the Club in the near future.
