CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Mourinho wasn't the only 'special' signing for Chelsea in the 04/05 season - the addition of Football Aid to their books was an equally momentous occasion.  Former striking legends Eidur Gudjohnsen, Kerry Dixon and Gavin Peacock were onside to celebrate Football Aid's eagerly awaited debut at Stamford Bridge and hand lifelong supporter James Stephen his shirt for the game. Since then our highly successful games at the Bridge have featured the participation of Legends including Clive Walker, John Bumstead, Scott Minto, Gary Chivers and Jason Cundy.

2010 MATCH UPDATE

Unfortunately due to other end of season pitch commitments Chelsea FC weren't able to host a Football Aid match in 2010. However the club remain supporters of our organisation and we will look again at the possibility of hosting a match in future years.
