CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

The first Football Aid game at Ewood Park kicked off on the 3rd May 2001 with ex-pros Glenn Keeley and Alan Ainscrow in defence. Since then, fans' favourites like Colin Hendry, Simon Garner, Mark Patterson, Alan Kelly, Simon Ireland, Richard Brown and Kevin Gallacher have all joined in the fun, with Gallacher coming onboard as Ambassador for the Club in 2006.
